Quail egg scissors
Mini buns mixed (yellow)
Quail eggs
Korean crumble
kimchi mayonnaise
Deluxe crispy chicken fillet bites
Korean BBQ sauce
Red chili pepper
Spring onion
Iceberg lettuce
Preparation
- Let the yellow buns thaw and cut in half.
- Spread both halves with kimchi mayonnaise.
- Fry the chicken and, while still warm, toss it in the Korean BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle with Korean crumble.
- Crack the quail eggs and fry them sunny side up. Sprinkle with some crumble while frying.
- Top the bun with lettuce, a piece of crispy chicken, and a fried quail egg.
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion and red chili.
