Herb salad of basil, chervil, tarragon, dill, parsley, chives and frisée.

Dill
Chives

1units.eetlepelTarragon vinegar
1units.eetlepelWalnut oil
Olive oil
Parsley
Tarragon
Pepper and salt
Frisée

Preparation

  1. For the vinaigrette, mix the Dijon mustard with the tarragon vinegar, pepper and salt.
  2. Whisk in the walnut oil and olive oil to make a vinaigrette.
  3. Roughly pick the herbs.
  4. Mix the frisée with the basil, chervil, tarragon, dill, parsley and chives.
  5. Toss the herb salad with the vinaigrette.
  6. Let it sit briefly and serve immediately.
