Mascarpone cream with smoothie of blueberry, tarragon and orange

A creamy mascarpone cream, combined with a refined smoothie of blueberry, tarragon, and orange.This recipe is for approximately 10 smoothies.

Ingredients

500mlDebic Tiramisu

500mlOrange juice
3units.itemsTarragon leaves
1kgFrozen blueberries
1units.itemsOrange

Preparation

  1. Whip the tiramisù until light in the stand mixer and transfer to a piping bag with a plain nozzle.
  2. Portion into the glasses and reserve in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  1. Blend all ingredients into a nice smooth smoothie.
  2. Add extra orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.

  1. Pour the smoothie à la minute over the tiramisù and garnish with a piece of orange and a sprig of tarragon.
