500mlOrange juice

1kgFrozen blueberries

Preparation
- Whip the tiramisù until light in the stand mixer and transfer to a piping bag with a plain nozzle.
- Portion into the glasses and reserve in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Blend all ingredients into a nice smooth smoothie.
- Add extra orange juice if the smoothie is too thick.
- Pour the smoothie à la minute over the tiramisù and garnish with a piece of orange and a sprig of tarragon.
