Yogurt panna cotta with watermelon smoothie

A fresh panna cotta made from creamy yogurt combined with a revitalizing watermelon smoothie. Ideal as a light and summery dessert.This recipe is for approximately 10 smoothies.

Ingredients

200mlFull-fat yogurt
800mlDebic Panna Cotta

500gFrozen strawberries
1units.itemswatermelon
100mlVodka
20gMint

Preparation

  1. Melt the panna cotta and mix with the yogurt.
  2. Portion into the glasses and reserve in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  1. Blend all ingredients into a nice smooth smoothie.

  1. Pour the smoothie à la minute over the panna cotta and garnish with a piece of watermelon and mint.
