Mexican burger slider

Mexican slider with beef burger, melted cheddar, salsa, avo-mayo, and crispy tortilla chips on a green mini bun with lettuce.Sliders are mini burgers to share! From the classic American slider to surprising variations with pork, fish, or veggies. The snack hit for the menu and the terrace.

Ingredients

Tortilla chips nacho cheese
Cheddar slices
Mini buns mixed (green)
Avonaise
Salsa pico de gallo
Mini beef hamburger sliders

Preparation

  1. Let the green buns and the sliders thaw.
  2. Cut the bun in half and spread the top with avonaise and the bottom with salsa.
  3. Fry the slider in clarified butter.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar on top and melt the cheese in the oven (200°C), with a blowtorch, or under the salamander.
  5. Top the bun with some lettuce, add a crispy tortilla chip, and place the slider with melted cheese on top.
