Tomato salsa
Mini rustic white rolls
Butterhead lettuce
Coleslaw
Breaded onion rings
Cola barbecue sauce
Beef hamburgers American Style
Cheddar slices
Ketchup crunch
Preparation
- Let the rolls thaw and then bake them for 6 to 8 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
- Slice the bread in half and spread both halves with cola barbecue sauce.
- Fry the sliders/beef burgers in butter on both sides.
- Place a slice of cheddar on each burger and briefly put in the oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted.
- Fry the onion rings.
- Spoon some tomato salsa onto the bottom half of the roll.
- Top with lettuce and a little coleslaw.
- Place the warm burger with melted cheese on top and add the fried onion ring on top of that.
- Spoon a little more tomato salsa into the ring and garnish with ketchup crunch.
