
Mimosa
The ultimate brunch classic! This mimosa combines fresh orange juice with sparkling wine and a subtle hint of Cointreau.
Ingredients
60mlOrange juice
5mlCointreau
60mlSparkling wine
Preparation
- Place a slice of orange in a (chilled) champagne flute.
- Pour the orange juice into the glass and add the Cointreau. Stir briefly.
- Then gently pour the sparkling wine along the inside of the glass to prevent excessive foaming.
