Nori, smoked salmon, wakame and yuzu

Our advisors created an amuse-bouche of nori, smoked salmon, wakame, and yuzu.

Ingredients

Furikake seasoning
200gTempura flour
Wakame salad
seaweed sheets
Warm smoked salmon
yuzu caviar

Preparation

  1. Make a tempura batter from tempura flour and ice-cold water in the food processor until you have a yogurt-thick batter. Mix in some furikake seasoning. Cut nori sheets into strips, dip in the batter, and fry in oil until crispy.
  2. Then top with finely chopped hot-smoked salmon, chopped wakame salad, and yuzu caviar.
