
Oriental salad
A delicious salad with salmon, zucchini ribbons, cucumber ribbons, and carrot ribbons.Ingredients
Zucchini
Cucumber
1Soy sauce
Winter carrot
sesame soy vinaigrette
1Sesame oil
1Lime juice
Blowtorch

Preparation
- Use a spiralizer to cut long strands of zucchini, cucumber, yellow carrot, and winter carrot and place them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the strands with a little salt. Drizzle with sesame soy vinaigrette. Mix well.
- For the soy marinade, use 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketjap, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- Cut a few slices of salmon from a skinless fillet and brush them with the soy marinade.
- Briefly sear with a blowtorch. The sugars in the marinade will caramelize quickly, keeping the salmon nicely raw inside.
- Arrange the salad on the plate, place the seared salmon on top, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
