Crispy, airy meringue with pandan extract and a subtle green color.Ingredients
1Drop of pandan paste
150gPandan leaf extract
300gSilvia egg white powder
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Whip the mixture until light and airy.
- Pipe the mixture onto drying mats.
- Let dry in the (drying) oven at 70°C for about 4 hours.
