Preparation
- Bake the breads according to the instructions on the package.
- Slice the bread into desired pieces about 10 minutes after baking.
- Briefly grill on a barbecue or toast in the oven.
- Top as a base with burrata (finely chop the burrata and season with oil, pepper, and salt).
- Tip: make your own sweet and sour onion: red onion, 65
