Pappadum with chickpea-tomato salad and herb relish

Crispy pappadums filled with a spicy chickpea-tomato salad and finished with a fresh herb-yogurt relish.

Salt and sugar

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  2. Mix with the chickpeas and the other ingredients into a tasty salad.

  1. Chop the coriander, mint, and spring onion and mix.
  2. Cut and grate the ginger, garlic, and cumin and mix with the yogurt.

  1. Fry the pappadums into cups.
  2. Fill with the chickpea-tomato salad.
  3. Spoon the relish over them.
