Preparation
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Mix with the chickpeas and the other ingredients into a tasty salad.
- Chop the coriander, mint, and spring onion and mix.
- Cut and grate the ginger, garlic, and cumin and mix with the yogurt.
- Fry the pappadums into cups.
- Fill with the chickpea-tomato salad.
- Spoon the relish over them.
