Sweet pani puri with creamy mango cream cheese and pomegranate powder

A surprising, sweet twist on the classic Indian snack: pani puri filled with airy mango cream cheese with a hint of cinnamon.Finished with pomegranate powder for a fresh kick.

Ingredients

15gCinnamon sugar
Pomegranate powder
15gmango chutney
Mini pani puri
200gNatural cream cheese

Preparation

  1. Fry the mini pani puri into balls by continuously pouring hot oil over them.
  2. Poke a small hole in them.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with cinnamon sugar and mango chutney until fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Fill the pani puri with the cream cheese mixture and pipe a little on top.
  5. Sprinkle with pomegranate powder. Optionally finish with cress to taste.
