Preparation
- Fry the mini pani puri into balls by continuously pouring hot oil over them.
- Poke a small hole in them.
- Heat the potato cream to 70°C and transfer to a siphon. Charge with one cartridge.
- Pipe the potato cream into the pani puri.
- Sprinkle with some chopped coriander and cashew nuts and season with cumin.
