Whipped cream
250Fondant
25gSalted butter
Preparation
- Bread the ice cream in the salted caramel crumble.
- Place on the meringue and pipe the salted caramel topping over it.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a salted caramel crumble.
- Heat the fondant to a light caramel.
- Stir in the butter.
- Pour onto a baking mat and let harden.
- Break into pieces and blend in the food processor to a powder.
- Distribute over a baking mat using a sieve and melt in the oven at 170°C until crispy.
- Place this on the whipped cream on the dessert.
