
Peach amaretti ice cream
Parfait ice cream on a stick with peach puree, amaretti biscuits, and white chocolate.Ingredients

300gPeach purée
White chocolate
50mlPeach liqueur
bitter almond cookies
Preparation
- Whip 1 liter Debic Parfait until light in the planetary mixer and add 300 grams peach puree and 50 ml peach liqueur.
- Transfer to a piping bag, fill the silicone molds with the Debic Parfait and smooth the surface.
- Insert a stick and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- For the topping, bring the white chocolate to temperature and coarsely chop the amaretti cookies.
- Unmold the parfait pops and immediately pour over the chocolate.
- Garnish with the chopped amaretti cookies.
