The Petit Langres with apricot and cumin is a flavorful harmony of the tangy cheese, sweet apricot, and the subtle hint of cumin.

poire williams eau de vie
Cheese dipper apricot and cumin
apricot-pistachio crackers

Preparation

  1. Coat the cheese with the cheese dip.
  2. Cut some apricots into small pieces.
  3. Warm a little eau de vie and add the apricot pieces.
  4. Let them infuse gently so the eau de vie soaks into the apricots.
  5. Drain the mixture through a sieve.
  6. Place the soaked apricots on top of the cheese and garnish with crackers.
