Tête de Moine with grapes & hibiscus is a delicious combination of creamy cheese, sweet grapes, and floral hibiscus.Tart for about 4 to 6 people. How fun is that? Instead of a cheese board, we present cheese as small 'tarts', topped with tasty additions and presented creatively. It doesn’t get more festive than this.

6gDried hibiscus flowers
Onion confit

Preparation

  1. Mix the hibiscus flowers with the grape syrup.
  2. Heat over low heat and let infuse until the flowers are soft.
  3. Add some of the grapes so the flavors blend well and the grapes turn red.
  4. Use a slicer to shave beautiful curls from the Tête de Moine.
  5. Spoon some onion confit onto a plate.
  6. Spoon the grape-hibiscus mixture around it.
  7. Decorate the dish creatively with the cheese curls.
