Ricotta & Balsamico

A creamy dessert with character: airy ricotta with balsamic syrup and fig cream for a perfect balance between sweet and fresh.

Cheese in a glass! A cheese platter after dinner is delicious, but can also be ‘heavy’. These cheese dishes are just a bit different and, for example, perfect to serve as an ‘intermediate course’ or even as a dessert.

Ingredients

40gSugar
100gWhipped cream
1Cinnamon sugar
250gRicotta

4balsamic
6Water
60gSugar
Salt to taste

215gFig chutney
215gCrème fraîche

Preparation

  1. Whip the ingredients in the food processor until you have a nice airy mixture.

  1. Mix sugar and water and add the balsamic at the end.
  2. Reduce to a syrup of the desired thickness and add salt to taste if desired.

  1. Whip the ingredients into a nice cream (blend again if needed to avoid lumps).
