Sailors’ Punch with Bumbu rum from Barbados.An artisanally crafted craft rum, made from the very best sugarcane. This smooth brown rum with complex flavors of cinnamon, roasted nuts, and allspice has matured for up to fifteen years in oak barrels.

Ingredients

90mlBumbu Rum
30mlsyrup
Angostura bitters
22.5mlLime juice

Preparation

  1. Pour the ingredients into a tall glass and fill it with crushed ice.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon until everything, including the glass, is well chilled.
  3. Add more crushed ice so the glass is completely filled again.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
