Preparation

Step 1

Melt the chocolate with the butter au bain-marie.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Chop the peanuts and cookies into a coarse texture.
Mix all ingredients and roll up between baking paper.
Roll tightly again in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1 day.
Place the salami on a nice board with a knife.
