Salted Caramel Latte

The perfect balance between sweet and salty, united in a creamy latte.

Ingredients

200mlWhole milk
30mlEspresso
20mlMonin Salted Caramel
Whipped cream
caramel cubes
Monin Salted Caramel topping
double-walled latte macchiato glass

Preparation

  1. Put 2 pumps of syrup (20 ml) in the glass.
  2. Froth the milk in a jug. Carefully pour the milk, including the milk foam, over the syrup using a spoon.
  3. Let the milk rest for 10 seconds and in the meantime make the espresso in a small jug.
  4. Slowly pour the espresso into the center of the glass.
  5. Top the latte with whipped cream and decorate with Monin salted caramel topping and caramel cubes.
  6. Serve with a long spoon in the glass.
