
Sandwich with jackfruit tuna salad
Vegan tuna salad made with jackfruit served on a ciabatta roll.Ingredients

6units.itemsciabatta rolls
150gVegan mayonnaise
40gKetchup
60gMustard
100gdiced pickles
10gfish seasoning
2dried parsley
Preparation
- Cook the jackfruit for 5 minutes au bain-marie in the bag and meanwhile finely chop the samphire and onion.
- Shred the nori sheets and bake the rolls.
- Put the jackfruit in a large bowl and pull it apart with a fork.
- Add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, samphire, pickle, nori, fish seasoning, parsley, and onion and mix well.
- Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice open the rolls and top them with the vegan tuna salad.
