Sorbet 'Sunday Caramel'

Sorbet with salted caramel ice cream and peanut butter. Delicious as a meal finale.Sorbets are a delicious addition to your menu, but could use a modern twist... Like this version with salted caramel ice cream and peanut butter.

Ingredients

200gSugar
75mlWater
60gButter
150mlCream
1American peanut butter

1lWhipped cream
a little sugar
20gcaramel compound
salted caramel ice cream
blondies
caramel popcorn
chopped salted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Cook the sugar with the water until caramelized.
  2. Add the cream and dissolve everything well.
  3. Mix in the butter and peanut butter.

  1. Mix everything and whip until it becomes whipped cream.

  1. Let the blondies thaw and cut into small cubes.
  2. Pour a little peanut butter-caramel sauce in the bottom of the sorbet glass.
  3. Add a few scoops of ice cream on top.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
  5. Pipe the caramel whipped cream on top.
  6. Garnish with the blondie cubes and caramel popcorn.
