Ingredients: 400 g avocado pulp; 600 ml Water; 100 g pro sorbet cold; 140 g Vending machine sugar; 1.5 units.items lime (the juice); Mint; Salt

In our Ninja, we make a sorbet of avocado, lime, and mint. Deliciously refreshing and perfect in small appetizer dishes or a beautiful gastro bite.

100gpro sorbet cold

140gVending machine sugar

1.5units.itemslime (the juice)

Mint

Salt

Preparation

Put the pulp, water, pro sorbet, sugar, mint, salt, and lime juice in a measuring cup.
Mix everything well with a hand blender.
Pour it through a sieve.
Put the mixture in a Ninja cup and freeze.
When the mixture is well frozen, you can blend it in the Ninja on the sorbet setting.
