Preparation
- Roast the peppers on the barbecue or using a blowtorch.
- Briefly fry the almonds and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Clean the peppers (remove the blackened skin).
- Put the almonds in a food processor and blend finely.
- Then add the peppers and garlic and blend finely.
- Finally, while blending, add the olive oil.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Fry the guacamole bites and serve together with the dip.
