Ingredients: 100 g Melted butter; 100 g Egg white; 100 g Flour; 10 g Sushi vinegar; 25 g avocado pulp; Salt; optional green food coloring; silicone mold botanica; silicone mold mila & pera

These avocado tuilles are delicious on desserts or to give dishes a little something extra.

Ingredients

100gMelted butter

100gEgg white

100gFlour

10gSushi vinegar

25gavocado pulp

Salt

optional green food coloring

silicone mold botanica

silicone mold mila & pera

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the batter well with a whisk.
Spread the batter thinly in the molds.
Bake at 120ÀöC for about 15 minutes. We keep the temperature low to preserve the color and flavor of the avocado.
