Sous-vide pineapple with cola BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

Pineapple
Saus.Guru Cola BBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Cut the pineapple into nice wedges.
  2. Add the Saus.Guru Cola BBQ sauce and vacuum seal.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes at 70°C steam.
  4. Then let cool in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove the pineapple from the vacuum bag and grill it on the BBQ. You can also torch it with a blowtorch.
  6. Serve as part of a BBQ dessert or as a garnish with spare ribs.
