Spearhead Spear Club

Cocktail based on a single grain whisky made from 100% malted barley, you don't come across that very often!The whisky has a beautifully rounded mouthfeel with notes of red apple and lime, complemented by vanilla fudge and cane sugar. A whisky with a somewhat sweeter, lighter character, which is perfect for cocktails.

Ingredients

22.5mlLemon juice
25mlSpearhead Single Grain Scotch Whisky
15mldry vermouth
15mlSugar syrup (1:1)
10Raspberries
15mlEgg white (half an egg)

Preparation

  1. Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it.
  2. Put 7 raspberries in a shaker and gently muddle them together.
  3. Add the Spearhead Single Grain Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, dry vermouth, sugar syrup, and egg white, and shake well.
  4. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again thoroughly.
  5. Garnish with three raspberries on a skewer.
