Ingredients

300gPanko
XO mushrooms
300gChorizo
1kgPork belly
120mlBBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Cut the pork belly to the desired size.
  2. Glaze the pork with BBQ sauce.
  3. Season the panko with desired herbs and spices.
  4. Fry the chorizo cubes until fully crispy.
  5. Mix the chorizo cubes with the panko.
  6. Coat the pork belly chunks in the crumble.
  7. Garnish with XO mushrooms.
