Barbecued spinach with stracciatella

Baby spinach from the barbecue with "stracciatella" made from burrata.

Ingredients

Olive oil
White wine vinegar
Baby spinach
Fine sea salt
Stracciatella

Preparation

  1. The ingredients can all be adjusted to taste and quantity.
  2. Wash the spinach and mix with olive oil and fine sea salt.
  3. Grill the spinach on the barbecue in a perforated tray for about 2 minutes and stir well.
  4. Drizzle with white wine vinegar to taste and finish with stracciatella and salt.
