300gIndian lamb stew
200gLentil stew with eggplant and tomato
2units.itemsnaan bread
0.8gCoriander
50gTurkish yogurt

Preparation

  1. Finish the leg of lamb on a baking tray in the oven at 180ÀöC for 8 minutes.
  2. Gently warm the lamb stew and lentil stew in a saucepan.
  3. Bake the naan bread.
  4. Loosen the Turkish yogurt with black pepper.
  5. Arrange all the ingredients in the tagine and garnish with coriander.
