Tuna mayonnaise

In classical cuisine, mayonnaise is a widely used base for the preparation of cold sauces and derivatives.

There is a variety of sauces with vegetables, herbs, and spices. With every bite, they provide the right amount of fat, air, sweetness, or acidity so that all flavors come together in the mouth. With a good base, you can quickly make your own cold sauces.

Ingredients

300gClean label mayonnaise
400gTuna
1Capers
Lime juice

Preparation

  1. Blend the drained tuna together with the capers and half of the mayonnaise until smooth in a food processor.
  2. Spoon this into a bowl and fold in the other half of the mayonnaise.
  3. Season with salt, lime juice, and optionally anchovy paste.
