280gRoasted pepper

Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
- Rinse the bell pepper well and cut into equal pieces.
- Lightly sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with some olive oil.
- Add the bell pepper and fry briefly.
- Then add the tomatoes, including the juice from the can, to the mixture.
- Let everything simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Puree and strain the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the tortellone in boiling water for 3 minutes and serve with the warm sauce.
