Veggie pizza wrap baba ganoush, tricolore bell pepper and feta

Ingredients

500ggrilled eggplants parrilla Ardo
500gBaba Ganoush
0.5Olive oil
300gpepper red/green/yellow organic Ardo
10Wraps
100gArugula
300gFeta
Lahtor spice mix

Preparation

  1. Place the grilled aubergines parrilla together with the bell pepper strips on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 180°C.
  3. Spread a layer of baba ganoush on the wrap, finish with vegetables and feta.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes in a hot oven.
  5. Season with some Lahtor and finish with arugula.
