Preparation

  1. Let the croissants thaw (about 15 minutes outside the refrigerator).
  2. Preheat a waffle iron (about 200ÀöC), spray the iron with pan coating, place the risen dough in the waffle iron and toast until crispy waffles.
  3. Serve with vanilla-mascarpone cream and fresh fruit.
