Brioche pizza style sandwiches

These savory brioche rolls are enriched with a garnish of olives, spring onion, and Parmesan cheese. They are already pre-baked and can be used quickly after thawing.

Pizza sauce basil
Brioche olive & Parmesan
Mozzarella
Roasted onion crumble

Preparation

  2. Place in the oven at 210ÀöC for about 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Garnish with roasted onion crumble and serve.
