
Stuffed pinsa with ham & cheese
This filled pinsa is made with ready-made pinsa dough. We get four rolls out of this. For this ‘sandwich’, roll out the dough, spread with pizza sauce, top with mozzarella, ham and arugula, and bake in the oven.Ingredients
Pizza sauce basil
Prosciutto crudo
Mozzarella
Fresh pinsa dough
Arugula
Egg yolk
Herb butter
green herb panko
Preparation
- Cut the pinsa dough into four pieces, shape the dough into balls, and let rise at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, spread with pizza sauce, top with thin slices of mozzarella and a slice of ham, add a handful of arugula, fold the dough closed, press firmly, and place it seam side down on baking paper.
- Brush the whole with egg yolk and pre-bake for about 14 minutes at 220°C in the oven.
- Remove from the oven, brush with melted herb butter, and sprinkle with green herb panko.
