Wraps with guacamole and vegan minced meat

Combine fresh vegetables, a tangy dressing, and of course the vegan mince for a delicious plant-based wrap. The texture of the vegan mince provides the familiar taste experience.

This recipe is for approximately 6 people.

Ingredients

250gvegan minced meat
2units.itemsred chili peppers
Oil
1units.itemsRed onion
2units.itemsGarlic cloves
2Lime juice
150gGuacamole
Salt
fresh coriander leaves
Vine tomatoes
Arugula
6units.itemscorn tortillas
vegan garlic mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Remove the seeds from the red chili pepper and cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the red chili peppers for five minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion and the garlic clove.
  4. Add the vegan minced meat, pepper, onion, and garlic, and season with salt.
  5. Let simmer for 10 minutes and remove from the heat.
  6. Make a quick guacamole by mashing avocado with a fork and adding lime juice and salt.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.
  8. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  9. Place the tortilla on a plate and fill with guacamole, vegan mince, arugula, coriander, and tomatoes.
  10. Serve with vegan garlic mayonnaise.
