Preparation
- Bake the brioche hamburger bun according to the instructions on the package.
- Grill or fry the vegan burger and vegan bacon slices on the barbecue or in a pan with plant-based butter or oil.
- Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lime juice.
- Dice one of the tomatoes and add to the guacamole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Then slice the other tomato.
- Place the tomato slices, guacamole, fried onions, grilled vegan quarter pounder, and vegan bacon slices on the bun.
- For the lime mayonnaise, mix 3 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise with fresh lime juice and grated lime zest.
- Spoon a little of the lime mayonnaise and the arugula onto the vegan quarter pounder.
