Vegan quarter pounder with avocado, tomato and lime mayonnaise

The fresh flavors of avocado and lime combined with our Vegan quarter pounder. The result is a tasty bun, completely plant-based.

Ingredients

Arugula
Fried onions
Vegan mayonnaise

8units.itemsvegan bacon slices

Preparation

  1. Bake the brioche hamburger bun according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Grill or fry the vegan burger and vegan bacon slices on the barbecue or in a pan with plant-based butter or oil.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  4. Mash the avocado with a fork and add the lime juice.
  5. Dice one of the tomatoes and add to the guacamole.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Then slice the other tomato.
  8. Place the tomato slices, guacamole, fried onions, grilled vegan quarter pounder, and vegan bacon slices on the bun.
  9. For the lime mayonnaise, mix 3 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise with fresh lime juice and grated lime zest.
  10. Spoon a little of the lime mayonnaise and the arugula onto the vegan quarter pounder.
