Preparation
- Cut the avocado, cucumber, and radishes into the desired shape.
- Grate the carrot and cut the lime into wedges.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Blanch the green asparagus in water with a little salt.
- Fry the vegan chicken pieces in olive oil and season with ras el hanout and salt and pepper to taste.
