Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado, cucumber, and radishes into the desired shape.
  2. Grate the carrot and cut the lime into wedges.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Blanch the green asparagus in water with a little salt.
  5. Fry the vegan chicken pieces in olive oil and season with ras el hanout and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Divide the rice over the plates and arrange the vegetables on top.
  7. Spoon enough vegan chicken pieces onto the vegetables on the rice.
  8. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  9. Finish the dish with the sesame seeds and serve with two lime wedges.
