
Rice bowl with vegan beef pieces, haricots verts, edamame beans and carrot
Vegan strips like beef are a great alternative to traditional beef strips.Because of its texture and taste experience, it is a great base for dishes, for example in this recipe with rice and, among other things, haricots verts. This recipe serves approximately 4 people.

100gedamame beans
100gharicots verts

Preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the carrots, green beans, and spring onion into pieces.
- Fry the vegan beef pieces in a pan until nicely browned and season with salt, pepper, and optionally herbs.
- Blanch the green beans and carrots in salted water.
- Spoon the rice onto a plate.
- Serve the vegan beef pieces on the rice and top with the green beans and pieces of colored carrot.
- Garnish with the edamame beans and spring onion.
