Preparation
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and optionally add a little olive oil or plant-based butter.
- Carefully break the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.
- Fry the vegan breakfast sausages in a little olive oil or plant-based butter until nicely browned.
- Heat the beans in tomato sauce in a saucepan.
- Toast the slices of bread as desired.
- Cut the vine tomatoes into pieces or serve whole.
- Serve the fried egg on a plate, followed by the beans in tomato sauce, vine tomatoes, and vegan breakfast sausages.
- Top with salt and pepper to taste.
