
Black sesame cake with bleeding raspberry heart
Fun black sesame cake to serve during Halloween. The bleeding heart creates a beautiful effect.Ingredients
120graspberry puree without sugar
30gFine granulated sugar
200gBlack tahini
120gFine granulated sugar
200gMild&Creamy natural coconut
160gFlour
10gbaking powder backin backpulver
25gCornstarch
Salt
Preparation
- Bring the puree to a boil with the sugar.
- Pour into small half-round molds.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.
- Mix the black tahini with the sugar, then add the coconut yogurt.
- Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix briefly until homogeneous and put it in a piping bag.
- Remove the raspberry coulis from the mold and press 2 halves together to form a sphere.
- Pipe the batter into the greased molds halfway.
- Press the raspberry coulis into the batter and pipe the rest of the batter over it so the coulis is no longer visible. Fill the molds to a maximum of 3/4th.
- Bake them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
