Viña Aresti is one of Chile’s most prestigious family-owned wine companies, producing and selling various brands around the world. The foundation of Viña Aresti is the passion for excellence of its founder, Vicente Aresti Astica.
After his death at the age of 92, his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti López took over their father’s company and continued the dedication they had learned from him.
2018 marks the completion of an extensive investment plan, in which vineyards were converted, new plantings were established, new winemaking techniques were introduced and a world-class bottling line was implemented. Aresti Selection Chardonnay comes from the heart of the Curicó Valley, where fresh and expressive wines are produced. This wine is an honest reflection of the region, the terroir and the craftsmanship of Aresti Winery.
The wine has a straw-yellow colour and offers aromas of sweet fruits such as pear, melon and cucumber. It is a medium-bodied wine with a wonderfully long finish. Perfect to pair with prawns, salmon, brie, chicken, grilled vegetables and risotto.
