This caviar comes from a cross between two river sturgeons from the Amur, a vast river located between Russia and China. The sturgeons are raised in basins to later be released into a large natural lake. There, the sturgeons swim freely and find their own food. This natural habitat has a very positive influence on the taste and quality of the caviar.
