This fresh Canadian scallop meat is wild-caught in the northwestern part of the Atlantic Ocean. Scallops, also known as Saint James shells, live on the seabed where they feed on algae and plankton. These soaked scallop nuts from our house brand Royal Catch weigh approximately 27 grams each and are shell-free. They can therefore be used directly and easily. Royal Catch always stands for excellent value for money. The scallops have a typical, nutty flavor. They can be fried or grilled. Pat the scallops dry and sear them in a hot (grill) pan.
