Dido Blanc is an expressive white wine from the Falset area, made from grapes grown on poor granite soils, locally known as sauló. This unique soil produces grapes with high ripeness and intense fruit aromas. The wine opens with notes of ripe yellow apple, followed by subtle nutty accents and lively, fresh acidity. The long, almost creamy finish gives it an elegant and complex character.
