This cheese board contains a selection of two special cheeses: Reypenaer and a cheese with truffle tapenade. Reypenaer is matured for at least one year in the historic cheese warehouse from 1906 in Woerden, where natural fluctuations in temperature and humidity contribute to a rich and complex flavour development. The truffle cheese is matured for four months and generously coated with a tapenade of fresh summer truffle, allowing the earthy truffle flavour to slowly develop in the cheese. Together, these cheeses form a tasty combination, ideal for a cheese board or as a luxurious snack to accompany drinks.
