The word Ancestrale means ancestral and refers to a winemaking process used by our ancestors, before 'autoclaves' were invented and temperature control was not possible.
Made from 100% Lambrusco Sorbara, pale pink in color with a hint of light ruby red. The bouquet offers wild strawberries, red currants, and geranium fruit. The palate is fresh, fruity, and dry with a pleasant finish.
Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
